The thermal conductivity of XPS extruded board is about 0.028W/m · K, and the surface is often made of metal panel materials such as color steel plates, which give it good strength and durability.

3. Polymer composite material board

Polymer composite material board is a type of board composed of glass fiber cloth and resin, which has advantages such as lightweight, high strength, impact resistance, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance. Its insulation performance and thermal conductivity depend on the insulation material and thickness used. Polymer composite material plates are usually used for high-end refrigerated compartment panels, and the surface can be decorated with metal plates, such as color steel plates and stainless steel plates.

The panel structure of the refrigerated compartment, composed of the above three materials, is generally divided into three layers: outer panel, thermal insulation layer, and inner panel. The thermal insulation layer is usually PU Sandwich board, XPS extruded panel, or polymer composite panel, and the inner and outer panels are usually steel plate, aluminum plate, glass plate, and other materials for cleaning and maintenance.
