Installation
According to the installation drawing of the FRP enclosure panels, install them piece by piece. After the previous piece is installed, check for no problems and install the next panel in sequence. During the installation process, attention should be paid to the water inlet pipe of the industrial cooling tower and the gap in the enclosure panel. The position of the hole must be accurate, and the size of the hole should be suitable for fitting into the flange of the water inlet pipe. If the hole is too large, it will make it difficult to seal in the future and affect the appearance. When installing FRP hoardings, pay attention to the vertical interval of the connecting bolts at about 200mm. When there are steel beams at the horizontal interval, the hole position of the steel beam shall prevail. If there is no steel beam, the joint with the concrete beam shall be fixed with expansion bolts or nails, with an interval of about 300mm. about. Then install the corner panels at the four corners of the industrial cooling tower and fix them with nails. After installing the wall panels and corner panels, they should be sealed to prevent air and water leakage. The opening of the water inlet pipe shall be sealed, the inner wall shall be made of 2~3mm fiberglass reinforced plastic, and the outer wall shall be caulked with resin mud.
