FRP Sandwich Panels are made of thermosetting plastic and reinforced with glass fiber, which makes them stronger than steel and aluminum. These panels don't deform or crack at extremely high or low temperatures, have low heat conductivity, and also possess features like anti-aging, anti-yellowing, corrosion resistance, anti-friction, and easy-to-clean surfaces. FRP flat panels are extensively used in various fields like construction, refrigerated warehouses, refrigerated vehicles, trains, buses, ships, food processing workshops, restaurants, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, hospitals, bathrooms, supermarkets, schools, among others, for applications such as walls, partitions, doors, ceilings, and more.

 

 

1. Polyurethane cold storage panels are fire-resistant, flame-retardant, and heat-resistant. After adding flame retardant, the polyurethane board is a flame-retardant self-extinguishing material with a softening point of over 250 ℃, which will only decompose at higher temperatures. In addition, when the polyurethane board burns, ash will form on its foam surface, which helps to isolate the foam below. It can effectively prevent the spread of fire. Moreover, polyurethane boards do not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.

2. Strong resistance to deformation. Not easy to crack, stable, and smooth.

3. The porosity structure of the polyurethane board is stable. It is basically a closed-cell structure. Not only does it have excellent thermal insulation performance, but it also has good freeze-thaw resistance and sound absorption. Under the condition of normal use and maintenance, the average service life of rigid foam polyurethane board can reach more than 30 years. The unit price of foam materials of insects, fungi, or algae can be higher than that of other traditional thermal insulation materials under normal use conditions during the service life of the structure, whether dry, wet, or electrochemical corrosion, but the increased cost will be offset by the substantial reduction of heating and cooling costs.

4. The polyurethane board has low thermal conductivity. Good thermal performance. When the volume density of rigid polyurethane is 38-45 1319/m, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018g-0.023w/(m.k), which is about half of EPS and is currently the lowest thermal conductivity of all insulation materials.

5. Polyurethane cold storage boards have excellent moisture-proof and waterproof properties. The closed-cell rate of rigid polyurethane board exceeds 90%, making it a hydrophobic material. It will not increase the thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall will also leak water.

6. Due to the excellent insulation performance of polyurethane panels, under the same insulation requirements, the thickness of building envelope structures can be reduced, and the indoor usable area can be increased.

7. The cutting accuracy is high, with a thickness error of 0.5mm, ensuring the smoothness of the finished surface.

8. Convenient quality inspection. Due to the removal of the surrounding skin during the cutting process, the quality of the board can be clearly seen, ensuring the insulation effect of the finished product. The thickness can be produced and processed according to user requirements.
