Gelcoat: The FRP panels utilize a gel coat to achieve a surface seal that effectively resists UV light and weathering. Inferior fiberglass-reinforced plastic surfaces are prone to cracking, especially in white panels, which are susceptible to UV exposure. Stronger reflections will appear on the surface in the fiberglass areas than in other areas. Runfeng adopts a high-quality gel coat to improve the UV resistance and color durability of the material, and at the same time, increase the gloss of the surface of the sheet and make the surface free from porosity, cracks, scratches, and other phenomena to form a very beautiful and eye-catching appearance. The gel coat also provides higher corrosion resistance and is easy to clean.
Fiberglass: Runfeng uses glass fiber from CTG, the world's top five glass fiber manufacturers, and resin bonding is strengthened, making it more soluble in styrene. At the same time, Runfeng products are high-strength, lightweight, and have good toughness. The characteristics of good impact resistance are also well displayed.
Substrate: Runfeng sheet of the substrate is flatter, cleaner, with no air holes, no cracks, and no scratches, bonding better.
