Printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing and installation processes require pure water and wastewater treatment. High-purity deionized (DI) water is critical for removing environmental contaminants, solder, or other impurities from circuit boards. This allows PCB manufacturers to process the highest quality products without damaging any components. In addition to high-purity deionized water, wastewater from the circuit board manufacturing process also requires treatment. Waste process and wash water may contain metallic waste (nickel, copper, silver, gold, lead, tin) as well as other undesirable contaminants (pH, TOC, TDS) and must be treated before discharge or recycling.

 

 

 

 

This computer board has a touch and cartridge life management function.

• Cartridge expiry: cartridge name, red, orange, and yellow indicator lights blinking.
• RO expiry: cartridge name, RO name, red, orange, and yellow indicator lights all flashing.
• Water quality test: water purification, water quality TDS test.
• Flushing display: when the water machine enters the flushing state, the flushing time is displayed on the second display.
• Press and hold the flush button for a forced flushing operation.
• Long-press the flush button to reset the filter cartridge (the first time is the first expiry of the filter cartridge)
• Press and hold the flush button again for RO reset. (The second time is the cartridge and RO synchronous expiry)
• Cartridge life: 540 hours of water production
• RO life: 1080 hours of water production
