FRP gel-coated board is made of thermosetting gel-coat, synthetic resin, and glass fiber. Its core performance is excellent, with good thermal insulation and thermal conductivity of about 0.23W/M.K; good moisture resistance, the surface FRP panel is impermeable; strong corrosion resistance, excellent chemical stability to the atmosphere, rainwater, and acid, alkali, and salt media of general concentration. Compared with traditional cold storage panels, it is light in weight, 30-40% less than traditional products, and easy to maintain, with no obvious traces after repair. The cold storage environment has low temperature and high humidity, and may also be exposed to various chemical substances. FRP gel-coated board can meet these special needs well.

- Principle of achieving excellent thermal insulation performance
The closed-cell polyurethane sandwich structure and FRP composite process greatly inhibit thermal conductivity. The material density is about 1.8g/cm³, and the thickness is 1.0 - 4.0mm, which can be adjusted as needed.
