A full container of FRP gelcoat panels (fiberglass reinforced plastic sheets) has recently been shipped from our Tangshan production facility to an overseas customer.
The panels were packed in coil form, with protective end caps and strapping bands applied to each coil - a standard export packaging method to ensure surface integrity during long-distance sea freight. Container loading followed standard export arrangements to maximize utilization and minimize transit risk.
Before dispatch, all panels went through routine factory inspection covering surface finish quality, roll integrity, packaging condition, and quantity confirmation against the packing list.
Available surface finishes include mirror finish, high-gloss finish, matte finish, and embossed surface texture. Skin thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 5.0mm, with maximum panel width up to 3,200mm. The gelcoat is produced in-house, giving us direct control over color consistency and surface quality across every batch.
